Hey all. I posted last week about opinions about buying an M, and the general opinion was to just get some old iron and have fun. So, acting on that advice, I am going to head back home and check on a tractor. What I know about it so far is that its a '49, has been converted to 12 volt, electronic ignition, has a rebuilt carb, and supposedly a "Power Pack" installed with a recent engine rebuild. Its running great, and needs some paint and will need rear rubber soon. No loaded tires, but rear wheel weights. So, can anyone tell me anything that I should look for, what a good price would be, etc... Also, what size rear rubber came stock on an M? And what do most people run on them today? just curious.... Thanks in advance!
