Thanks for all your help, guys. It looks as if the tractor is fitted with the later 650 pedals.
Next time I see the tractor, I will have a look at the brake covers to see if they are tin or cast. The rear wheels are certainly different to the other W9's I have seen, they are a light casting with 2 handles cast in. The letters 'McCormick-Deering' are cast around the hub.
