Pull the sparkplugs out. Put aut trans fluid in a squirt oil can and put 4 squirts in each hole. Let it sit while you take the battery to a Auto/electric /battery store and have it checked for output with a load cell. Then charge the battery over night with no more than 10 amp charger, or a auto taper charger to get it full of juice. Then with the ingition off (if it has a Key, ground the coil spark wire to the block) and crank it with the plugs out. You may want to hang an old towel over the plug holes to catch some ATF. I think it will crank. If it does not let us know and we will diagnose that issue farther. If it cranks, let it do so for abouut 8 seconds. Then reinstall the plugs and coil wire. If it has fuel to the carb, it should start right up. It may need new fuel in the system if the old stuff smells bad. Good luck, JimN
