I THINK the Delco part # for the clips is 1889967. It is obsolete, but some may be around at local automotive electrical shops.

If that is not the correct part number, I think it would get you a clip close enough to work.

Another source is an auto wrecking yard that still has older stuff on the shelf. GM cars from the 40's, 50's and 60's would use about the same clip.
