I forgot something but it is not related to the noise. Where the line splits, you can install what is called a selector valve. It will take one hydraulic circuit and provide ports for two circuits. It will have a knob attached to the spool that has two positions. Any hydraulic catalog will have them including Northern Hydraulics. eBay too at $10-$30. For more money, buy a regular open center two spool hydraulic valve. It will have three positions for each lever. They are more convenient to use.
