On the 560 carb, the high speed, or load adjustment screw, is located on the bottom front, and points forward. It has the packing nut, or jam nut, on it. You may need to loosen the jam nut a bit but most likely you will not. Turn the adjustment screw out about 1/2 turn at a time until the problem clears up. Here's a hint, the same symptoms can be caused by spark plugs, a weak ignition coil, plug wires, etc. Defective engine/manifold gaskets, or carb to manifold gasket will cause a vacuum leak and could result in the same symptoms.Could also be rust/crud restricting the fuel flow from the tank to the carb, or the fuel inlet screen in the carb.
