O/T Allis Chalmers T3 Gas Doser

For some reason, known only to someone other than me, I purchased an Allis Chalmers T-3 Doser. The engine runs good, all the pieces are there..after checking it out, I find that the right track has no power on it. Close looking at it, seems to show that there is a clutch for each track and my deduction is that the clutch is bad for the right side. I can turn right but not left and when I push against something, it wants to push off to the right...so I have concluded there is no power to right track. Does anyone here have any experice with a cure for this problem?
