You ought to be able to find a good 275 twine baler for about 1100. And you would be well ahead of the old 46. Many more adjustments available on the 273/275 for different types of hay. Better pickup, not so sensitive to where the hay is fed in..left/right. I never get misshaped bales with the 275. I have some length problems due to operator error though! Gordo
