The low price surprises me in some ways, but not in others. The tractor is a significant piece, but there is some damage on the front end (broken piece could be recast), and there are parts missing. About 5 years ago a 23 regular was on ebay for 10K, and never got a bid. It was 100% complete, but the engine was stuck.
