I would soak them with PB, etc,for a couple of days. Use a 3/4 round soft rod and a 3#hammer. Place the end of the rod on a face of the bolt and give it a good good slam w/the hammer. By doing so, you will warm up the bolt enuf for the liquid to penatrate deeper. Then use the socket set. It will loosen the bolts. BTDT.
