There are minor issues such as the need to use the Us flywheel and front cover/gears and hydro pump to keep the Us systems happy, but it will work. There is a difference in HP so (if it were me ) I would upgrade the original 300 engine (unless cracked, or just worn to bits and a good buy on the H engine). JimN)
