If you want to get by really cheap, there are places that will sell you one sleeve and piston to replace the pitted one. We did it with our F12 when we restored it about 17 years ago. It probably has less than 50 hours on it since then, but needs to be taken apart and done right as it has a vibration from the mismatched piston, and poor oil pressure because we re-used the main and rod bearings.

Do it right this time, just order an overhaul kit and put all 4 sleeves and pistons in it - along with new bearings.
