I'm with allan on this. As the fluid warms up its viscosity changes and the fluid becomes thinner, allowing it to pass through any clogged filter easier. As for the cylinder, if they are one way cyllinders and they leak past the rod packing, you should notice oil on the rod, as if the packing is shot, the wiper seals probably arent too far behind them. More then likely the pump. I would check it for pressure deadheaded when cold and when warm. Hopefully its something else, since a rebuilt pump can be upwards of 6-700 easily =( I've decided if mine goes out on me, I'm either going to sell the tractor, or get a belt driven pump and fab up a bracket/pulley.
