Does the Waukesha engine mean anything special to you? If you are just looking for a tractor to restore and have fun with, a stuck F12 on steel should go in the range of $300 - $500. The special engine might raise it some, but not sure how much. Value is in the eye of the beholder, but this beholder thinks the price is high by $1000.
