what a great feeling. You probably need to start with new cables get 1ga use pos ground then see if the starter will turn over mite need to take to a shop and have new brushes and slots on the armature cleaned and smoothed sure can make a big difference when starting.I have used the new starters that are avail on e-bay for 115 plus shipping of 15 as everything is new no core chg. ggod luck on a great purchase.
