Go for it. I have a 350 U with the 193 diesel in it. Good motor. That would be a good H. I wanted to do the same thing to my H, but those 193s are really hard to get a hold of. I thought about stretching the frame rails and putting a 460 diesel in it. I scrapped the idea when I bought a 460 with a 806 gas motor in it.
