There is no way to tell whether or not it is just a couple of pistons stuck. All may very well be stuck. They may be "a little stuck" or the stuck may have turned into a "solid weld" stuck all of which has different consequences. You cannot tell if it, leaks, smokes, knocks, hydrolics or transmission works..a pig in a poke. I would take the M but not on an even trade but maybe if he was willing to give me about $1,500 boot--and even then, I am not sure I would want the potential heartache. If he will get it unstuck and running so I can listen to it and make a decision...then another story. TW
