I don't know about the creeper gear, but it is a pretty good job to put in the M&W hand clutch. The left brake housing and bull pinion have to come out and the M&W clutch goes in it's place. The way it works as I understand it is that pulling the clutch lever back pulls the ring gear away from the pinion on one side so the ground speed stops and the PTO can still run when needed.
