The primarey pump on the injector is rebuildable. the parts are at the IH dealery. the kit comes with thinner gaskets to tighten up the housing to the pumpgears. it also comes with a new gasket an shaft seals so that it will stop filling up the injector with fuel. talk to some one at a VW shop they had problems with the dsl.rabbit.and used an electric pump.(it really does work). I hve drawings and part # for the primary pump.I have a 400D and didd the hole pump my self. Dave
