The electrical system is a very good place to start.....order the wireing harnes, lay it out and under stand it.......may be tag where each wire will go......you can just swap out the old one just before painting........rebuild the carb. with a complete IHC kit (~$100)......new points, cond. ,rotor and cap.....new spark plugs AC86 or Autolite 386 and wires.....these are things that dont take long,for a cold day....be careful when removing the carb. from the govener...read the directions before you start.......... Binder Books 503 684-2024 has the orignal and the best manuals.........Don
