OT;Kirk's Trailer MFG.

Have any of you ever heard of Kirk's brand trailers? I have been considering looking at a Goosneck flatbed trailer and the guy told me it was a Kirk's brand made in Missouri. I just never heard of that brand and Googeled it and found no information. The trailer is a 1999 so, maybe their out of buisness or were bought out.
