The 14P one row picker had the snapping rools and husking rolls as a connected single roll as did the No. 24 2 row mounted picker and the elevator always came out the back. The 1PR had a separate 6 roll husking bed. The elevator on the earlier 1PR's came out to the side but the later models after about '51 or'52 came out the rear. They changed this about the same time the 2ME picker replaced the 2M I believe.
