Unless it has good tires, especially rears, figure value with a stuck engine as slightly more than scrap iron price usually...heck, the trans and rearend could be junk too for all you know without being able to drive it. Being's it's a somewhat "rare" tractor, and the tin's OK, a bit more than scrap would be fair. A couple years back I bought a 650D, decent tin but not all tin there, tires held air but that's all, stuck, for $350.00. I was expecting him to price it higher and was willing to go up to $500 when I called the guy. I got lucky on mine and had it unstuck and running the same day I got it home....still needs work on the #1 exhaust valve though.
