My 350U did all kinds of crazy stunts over the years including get stuck in gear. Too be safe, I always used the bucket as an emergency brake and ALWAYS used the clutch when starting. If you angle the bucket down slightly when you park it, it will dig in prior to moving forward. I NEVER got off the tractor while it was running.
