While Paintball probably hit the nail on the head, it could also be that any deisel left in the tranny may have thinned out your new fluid. Many people leave the plugs out and let it sit a week or so if It's a decent temp to let all the deisel evapoarte, I myself would put some sort of hose in one hole, and let it come out the other and hook it up to my compressor and run it like 5 psi (if you compressor has trap for water and dirt, dont want that in the tranny). this would help keep fresh air going in to help the deisel evaporate. Maybe drain a bit of fluid into a cup and see if its thinner then the fluid you put in.
