I dont think it will, i think where is bolts up that controls your steering is a smaller, One way to see if the back support is right is to measure from one side of the tractor to the other side (from one heavy bar to the other on the out side of the engine) do that with booth tractors, i think the 300 is 2 inches bigger, i know a person who didnt measure anything to see if it was going to work or not, where you bolt the 2 steering peices to gether he just put small bolts in there and for the back support they were close enough he just welded them on, I think i would just leave it, the narrow front back onto the other he also had to use small bolts. I guess you could do some meausing. Good Luck
