I took a Schwartz wide front off a 450 and put it on my H. The main 4 bolts that go into the bolster are the exact same measurement from the H all the way through the 1456! I had to slot the steering arm holes to fit on the H (or you can buy a new steering arm already drilled for the H). The rear frame supports I custom made as well with some tubing and flat iron, I believe. It will work if you have some very minor fabrication skills. Again, the main bolster pattern of 4 bolts is the same for H through 1456. The rest is just minor details... Here is the Schwartz wide front on my H:
