A PTO can be added - not sure how much work it is. You would have to get one from a parts tractor. Do have a torque applifier - if so there is a different PTO than if you don't have a TA. If you have a TA then you can have a live PTO. I find a parts manual to very helpful for such stuff. An IT shop manual is usefull but others may recommend something else. Don't really know how much it will cost or how much it is to install. Something you may want to watch - loaders are very rough on the front end and steering parts. I have a 300U that once had a loader and had to replace a bunch of parts. I'd never put a loader on it again. Power steering helps if you have it.
