First you have to pull the steering wheel, then compress the plate underneath the steering wheel with a special tool and remove the snap ring and then the plate, then remove the screws holding in the turn signal switch assembly and pull it up out of the way. You will then see a torx head screw that holds the lock cylinder in place. Remove the screw and then you can pull out the lock cylinder
