Do you necessarily need a letter or hundred series tractor? If you look into more modern tractors like a 340, 504, 544, or a utility from the '60s or early '70s, you get all the modern features like 3pt with draft, live PTO, live hydraulics. You'll never get live PTO on a letter series. Live hydraulics and 3pt can be added, but both are expensive and will push the cost of the tractor up over what you'd spend on someting more modern. Plus, the 3pt hitch won't have draft control, and will be limited in how much it can pull without twisting the axles off the tractor.
