Crankcase cover 6957DBX changed to 352168R21 at serial 344864, or about mid-late 1950. There is only one listing for the gear 6664DB, The D makes it part of the old number system, the newer system uses R. However the original gear would have said either D or DA, the DB could mean a heavier duty gear, someone else will have to answer that. But,parts that had extensive changes usually used the R system. You can go to www.caseih.com and look all this up, if you don't have the manuals.
