1. There is a screen at the end of the fuel line where it screws into the Carb. Disconnect the fuel line and then screw out the fitting with the screen on it...clean the screen. Screen may have deteriorated and allowed crud into carb passage. 2. With the fuel line disconnected, put a jar under it and open the cut off valve at the sedament bowl. See if you have a strong fuel flow. If not, then crud in the tank. Soulution: get a new sedament bowl with the standpipe and screen on it from Tractor supply. It will filter the crud and be above the crud in the bottom of your tank. If you have a strong flow, then reinstall the fuel line to the carb, open the valve and let fuel come to crab. Open the drain plug on botton of carb, if no flow or weak flow, then needle valve body at float has crud in it...Remove bottom half of carb, remove float and needle valve, remove fuel supply line and blow backwards through with air line. There are different opinions on the subject, but if it were me, I would also install a clear plastic inline filter so I could see what was happening and clean my fuel at the same time. T
