Magneto Grease?!?!?

Doing a tuneup on the 300u today. First thing I notice is I can turn the cam back and forth about 4 or 5 degrees. Dad's says thats normal gear backlash and if it gets to bad the points wont work right. She's been fine running, so I wont worry about it. Now the manual calls for magneto grease on the braker arm picot and the cam point. The points didnt come with any and dad's pill capsule point grease supply is all used up. Dad says its thicker then grease gun grease (chassis lube), and more like a wheelbaearing grease. Will wheel bearing grease work? I also have some silicone lab grease I use alot for like brake cailper guides, works awesome for that, and is basically what you get in them little packets at autozone. So what can I use?
