Assuming you don't have a cracked block or broken crank, rebuild the one you have. Have the head welded. Any 263 from a 560 or combine will work, there are differences in head etc. You could also go with a 291 combine engine but chances are whatever you find will need rebuilt so might as well keep the tractor as original as possible by rebuilding your engine.
