Mark: I had the same problem on my 140, the holes in both sections (inner and outer) got elongated and the pins were worn as well. I welded the edges of the holes and ground them out so they were round. With new pins, the axle is nice and tight. This is not a difficult job to do yourself. Replacing the inner axle won't really fix the problem if the outer axle is worn as well. It will still shift forward and back. Good luck.
