350 tractor

I was walking on an upcoming auction site and a nice 350 caught my eye. my fater and me started it up and it ran nice but with a slight miss. we took dist. off and points were corroded. tries to raise the f/h and....nothing but a grind sounded dry. aftermarket w/f has no welds and minnimal oil leaks andy idea on value? here is a similar picture of one.NOT SAME TRACTOR.
