Running with those 2 size tires on your tractor will over work the rear end if the diameter of them isn't the same and will also make it pull to one side when going in a stright line. As far as plow any good 2 bottom plow would be good in almost all soils. I have 3 pull type plows for sale right noe. @ of them are Oliver and one is JD all 3 are in pretty good shape and parts aren't hard to find for them either
