M Carb Frosting

Hello again everyone. See, I warned you I would be asking lots of questions on here, but no tough ones yet. When running my M first thing in the day, I notice that the carb gets a layer of frost on the outside of it. Is this an indicator of any problems, or is it simply because the air is cold out? (it has been high 30's here all week) I havent noticed it on any other tractors, but then again I havent been looking... Thanks in advance, ~Bug
