LA, you said a mouth full. Those wooden rollers won't take much weather before they fall apart. I'm 39 and I've used it a right smart myself. Every year my dad, my brother, myself would plant rye. Then in the summer we would cut it with the binder and shock it up to dry. Then we would run it through the thresher (22x36 Frick). Then bale the straw. The man that wants to buy it, is the son of the man that owned the thresher. He wants to buy the thresher and use it at local show. But he'll need the binder to do that. His dad's binder was left out in the weather, and it rotted to the ground. He has still got the tractor and baler his dad used when he was a thresher in the community. My binder has been in the shed since I brought it home 20-25 years ago. Thank you for the reply, and a chance to go down memory lane and share some of my stories with you. Todd.
