Thanks a bunch for the info. My uncle does some welding - I'll pass your recommendation on to him. He may well know somwone around who can do this cold-welding. We are located in the Catskill region of upstate NY. NY used to be farm country - not much anymore. Thanks again, Happy NY. Laurie
