Sorry "BN" not B--Wisconsin archives has a photo of the B prototype on display dated Oct '39 so they were available from the beginning of the series, first BN marked as an FA xxxxx X7 variant, (not FAA xxxxx X7) was serial number 39,714 and first one marked as FABN was #48350. At least that is the best guess the records I can find allow.
