Right off the bat, I can think of a few problems:

1. Frame rails are too narrow.
2. Frame rails are too short.
3. Hood too short.
4. Grille, hood, tank too low.

You"re trying to fit 20lbs of manure into a 5lb bucket, and that is going to present some challenges. You"re pretty much going to be on your own in figuring out what to do, what parts to use. This is not a bolt-in operation, and as far as I know, has never been done.

I would start out by getting the rear engine mounting plate worked out so the engine is attached to the transmission. Then build the rest of the tractor around that.

Once you get it done, it"s going to be little more than a show piece, because the M was designed for 33HP, and IH started getting in trouble with that design at 60HP. A DT466 can put out upwards of 330HP, ten times as much as the tranny was originally designed to take! It"d tear the rear end up at an idle! Of course, you should de-fuel the DT466 as much as possible, and probably skip the turbo.
