Bill: I have seen 140s with 16" pressed steel rims, in fact it was listed as an option. In fact you can still buy new 16" pressed steel rims for a 140. I am going to Miller Tire this week for a set. I could have bought them from CaseIH. When new my 130 had the 16" rims you describe. my brother has the same on his 230. You can no longer buy those rims for cast center wheels. You can buy blank 16" rims, but you can't buy the lugs to rivit or weld in. Miller Tire have lugs for 16" wheels but they have 5/8" holes to match H, M, 300, etc, wheels. Nothing for SA, 130, 230, etc. as the circle is different.
