Jim isn't going anywhere. He's comfortable here. He walks to the bar, and after a while someone gets tired of him and the cops bring him home. Now why would anyone leave an arrangement like that? A few years back I was helping my BIL with his pickup. We drove it up on ramps and locked the E brake. It froze on - lack of use. He had to get back to Lakota. We pull the wheels and brakes to release the E brake in the drum. The spring keepers broke. All the shops were closed (sunday) and couldn't reach anyone at home. We go to Jims. He wasn't there, so I poked around and found two rusty (but functional) spring keepers to replace the bad ones on BILs truck. A couple of weeks later I found him at the bar and told him I had grabbed the two. $5 a piece! Oh well, I paid the man. Jay
