fast-hitch with traction control

i have 2 HI utilitie, both with fast-hitches and "traction control". can anyone tell me how to use the traction control or what it was desinged for? i don't know how to use it, the "proper" use, or how to test and see if it works. i do know that both control handles and all the way down (the last notch closet to where you put your hand on the lever to adjust it), does that mean anything? also, witch 460 utility pump is the 17 GPM version, cessna or thompson? thank you jk
