Correct front wheels for 1468

When I got the 1468 it had 11L-15 flotation tires on it because they used it to mow down fescue stubble and didn't want to track around the corners. The tires almost rub on the the inside along the flared stops on the hub. I would like to put 3 rib ag tires on it and have a set but must not be I.H. wheels cause they also rub with 11-15 ag tires. Is the offset on these rims special to I.H.? These are 8 bolt wheels. That's the only thing I can figure out since the original brochure calls for 11-15 tires on it. Or do I need to go to 10.00 -16 tires and wheels? Any ideas?
