They are a relaythat you run a hot wire to and use a wire off the lite switch to trigger the relay , you can use a fog lite or driving lite relay as they are the same thing and you can get them at the auto parts store just make sure that you get one that is good for atleast 30 amps , also they should be installed up side down with the terminals on the bottom to keep any water out of them . Myself i try and put them sorta up under the sheetmetal on the steering support on the left side this is just my favort place as it is colse to the lite switch . I mount the breaker and relay there i drill and tap the support for a 10-24 screw and use stainless steel screws here again it is just myway.When i do them i make up a wiring harness and use the delco 56 ends and color coded .Every tractor that i have bought and resold has had the fuse removed and a breaker or two installed as i plum hate fuses , like i said they always fail on the darkest night as far away from the barn as ya can get . When i was fixen tractors full time the only time i had to play farmer was at nite and the one nite i was 5 mile from my pickup and 5 mile from the other farm when the lites went out now i try to plan ahead and there was a new box of fuses in the tool box of the tractor and since i do not smoke i did not even have a match now try and find a small box of fuses by the brail methoid stumbeling around on plowed ground in the dark then try and get the fuse in . Since that nite i now never go anyplace without my minimag lite on my belt and none of my tractors have a fuse in them.
