Can't say for sure, but I sincerely doubt it. The 404 and 2404 Utility models aren't American tractors if I'm not mistaken. They're British- or German-built so they have little in common with the American-built 300/350 Utility models. The PTO unit out of a 404 Utility would almost certainly fit. One out of a 424 or 354 or any of those other little utilities of the 1960's may fit as well. Your best, and probably cheapest, bet is to start hunting salvage yards for the right part instead of trusting Ebay and hoping beyond all hope that the part you buy might fit.
