I think the radiators came red from the factory. On all letter series. So far I have not seen one that is painted a different color. About the wiring harness I would paint the tractor then wire it all up. Also your belt for your water pump and generator do not paint. If you have any hoses do not paint them either. Looks a lot nicer when they are not painted.
