grader mounted on 46 m frame

have a 46 m that the front half is a maintainer, it appears to be factory made. front wheels tilt both ways, blade moves smoothly up and down overall it works really well. i can find no info. on this machine front hubs have american road equip. omaha neb on them in raised letters. would appreciate any help or info. anyone has thanks lee phone 319 392 4494 collect.
